Trysta,
What do you think of hypno-birthing? What does a holistic and non-invasive pregnancy entail? What is in your organic prenatal tea that you drink each day? Could it be red raspberry, oatstraw, nettles and red clover? What about yout chinese tincture? I can’t wait to hear more about the adventures of pregnancy. I love your informative website!
Hey Fallon!
Hypno-birthing wasn’t the cure-all end-all to the pain of labor and birth. I found that detached awareness was the method that I utilized during contractions and labor. The book and CD are usefull and I would recommend every pregnant woman read it and use what they like. I also read about 10 other books and practiced the Bradley Method which was very useful for my husband as well. My prenatal tea contains alfalfa, oats (both tops and straw), nettles, dandelion, milk thistle, marshmallow, chamomile, Raspberry leaf, hibiscus and lemon balm (its really great). The tincture was epimedium and eucommia bark– to strengthen kidney yang. I am hoping to have some time to write again. The end of my pregnancy took all of my energy to get through and now I have a beautiful little baby who is also requiring my attention; however I will be writing again in no-time. Love your site! Thank you for reading mine as well. xoxoDesigned by Tim Sainburg from Brambling Design
